Over the years, Suzanne has developed an enviable reputation for dealing efficiently with the Australian Trade Marks Office to achieve registration of her client’s trade marks and for being responsive to her client’s needs.

Suzanne is highly experienced in all aspects of trade mark registration and renewal, both in Australia and overseas, as well as other related services such as recording assignments and recording changes to an owner’s name and/or address.

Suzanne also provides peace of mind with corporate acquisitions, conducting IP due diligence research and reports to ensure the safe transfer of ownership of any relevant IP owned by a target company.
